I'm sorry for making you think of Frozen and that godawful earworm of a song by naming this dress Frozen de Vere. It just sounded really catchy and has, of course, been added to my baby name list. What I'm not sorry for is how Easter-sunshine-bunnies-in-the-meadow glorious this scallop-hem, floral-embroidered midi-dress is. In the most perfect shade of periwinkle blue, it's sure to make the boys periwink*.
